Fly half Tim Taylor will skipper a side which features plenty of first team experience as well as good representation from the Gloucester Rugby Academy.
Kick off is at 3pm on Monday afternoon with the stadium open from 1:30pm.
Only the South Stand will be open with entry free for season ticket holders. Adult tickets are £5 and £1 for under 15s.
