The Marines ran an unarmed combat display during the half time interval which was performed to music with an instructional voiceover from a member of the team.
In addition, personnel from the Rifles Regiment based at Beachley Barracks, Chepstow formed the guard of honour as the teams came onto the pitch and helped with the the collection buckets around the ground.
Once the final counting had taken place, a massive £7926.86 had been collected.
