Teams are split into two pools of six - Guinness 'A' League North and Guinness 'A' League South, along a north and south divide, each involving ten pool games home and away.
Newcastle Falcons, Sale Sharks, Leciester Tigers, Northampton Wanderers, Leeds Carnegie and Worcester will be playing in the Guinness 'A' League North.
Harlequins, London Irish, Saracens, Gloucester United, Bath United and London Wasps will be playing in the Guinness 'A' League South.
The winner from the North will play the runner up from the South in one semi final and the winner from the South will play the runner up from the North in the second semi final over the weekend of 26th April 2010.
The two winning teams will then face each other in the Guinness 'A' League Final on Monday 3rd May 2010 to be crowned Guinness 'A' League Champions.
