Before kick-off, the teams had the unique experience of stepping onto the hallow turf to have their team photograph taken as finalists at the home of England rugby.
As well as free tickets to the final, the young players also met with London Wasps and England star, Danny Cipriani, for an autograph signing session courtesy of Land Rover.
Commenting on the day Cipriani said:
"I think it's great that Land Rover is supporting grassroots rugby and investing in the future of young players and that's why I'm proud to be here today and a part of this initiative."
"For children this is what playing rugby should be about, young players having a great day with their team mates and enjoying their sport. Without funding at the start, and fantastic opportunities like today, we can't expect to see the next generation of players coming through."

Players gathered with the other regional finalists to form a parade around the pitch. Representing their region and the Premiership club they qualified from, the young stars were proudly presented to the sell-out crowd of 81,600.
Recalling his experience, a finalist said:
"Today has been brilliant, we've done things that only professional rugby players do. To have our team photograph on the pitch at Twickenham, meet Danny Cipriani and then parade in front of that crowd has been all of my biggest dreams come true. I've had an amazing day - thank you."

The Land Rover Premiership Cup is the first tournament of its kind to be officiated by Premier Rugby and run in conjunction with all 12 Premiership clubs across the country.
With the work of the community department Gloucester Rugby hosted one of the 12 regional festivals and brought together teams at under-11 and under-12 age groups from the local community to battle through knock-out stages in order to claim a place in the final and their chance to win the Land Rover Premiership Cup and the opportunity to take part in the parade with all other regional finalists.
The first season has been a resounding success and delighted parents, players and coaches have enjoyed each event.
