A try double from Ian Clark, who made his Gloucester Rugby debut earlier this season, helped Hartpury to a fantastic 45-20 win over previous BUCS Rugby Championship holders Durham University at Twickenham and ensured the return of the trophy to the College.
The Gloucestershire side last appeared in the Final in 2009 and had won the title consecutively in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
Hartpury Head Coach John Barnes said:
"It was an outstanding effort from a special group of players. The performance was exceptional and the victory was well-deserved."
Hartpury College U18 1st XV emulated the earlier success of UWE Hartpury by beating Henley College 34-21 in the RFU AASE League Grand Final to be crowned champions for a third successive season and ensure a second consecutive undefeated campaign.
Hartpury, who remain the only side to have won the competition since its inception three years ago, opened the scoring with less than a minute played through England U18 Sevens winger Steph Reynolds.
Assistant Junior Academy Director Barry Maddocks said:
"We knew that Henley were going to give us a tough game. They've been in good form of late and play a very fast, expansive offloading game so we had to prepare for that. I'm just happy for the boys.
"They've been outstanding again this year as they have been for the last three years. I think that this win is a deserved reward for going the whole season unbeaten."
