The benefits on a matchday are obvious. They represent a low impact way for replacements to warm up on the sidelines ahead of entering the action, while also allowing replaced players to warm down.
But, the Keiser products are not just being used at Kingsholm. Paddy has also overseen the installation of further equipment at the club's training base at Hartpury College.
As well as the more traditional bike, also in use are resistance machines which accurately measure how much effort the player is outputting.
After significant research into the subject, Paddy was delighted to be able to work with local company Keiser UK Ltd who are based at Tetbury.
"I've been an advocate of this type of equipment for some time and wanted to ensure that we had the very best equipment here at Gloucester Rugby for the players.
"Keiser UK provide just that but are also excellent with their after sales service and the fact that we are building a relationship with a local company is an added bonus."
