New skipper Kelly Brown will win his 50th cap and is joined in the back row by Hamilton's former Gloucester team mate Alasdair Strokosch and Ross Rennie.
Dutch winger Tim Visser will make his Murrayfield debut, while Nick De Luca, Mike Blair and Geoff Cross all return.
Another former Gloucester man, Scott Lawson, is named amongst the replacements.
In 28 meetings since 1905, Scotland have never tasted success against the All Blacks. Their best results were two draws, 25-25 in 1983 and 0-0 in 1964.
