The Club Membership packs for the 2021-22 season have now started to be dispatched.
Please note, these will be posted in batches so please don’t worry if your friends and family get theirs before you.
Your Club Membership will be issued as an e-ticket unless you have requested a membership card.
If your request for a membership card was made before the 30 August, this will be included in your pack with your pin badge. If your request for a membership card was after this time, this will be sent to you separately. If you have not yet requested a membership card, and would like to please complete THIS FORM.
For members who have selected an e-ticket, this will be downloadable to your phone wallet from Monday 20 September.
If you have not received your membership pack by Wednesday 22 September, and you intend to come to the Tigers match on the 24 September, please email the customer experience team with the subject line Membership Pack Not Received, and we can organise for a replacement to be available for you to collect at the Leicester Tigers game.

+ When will I get my 2021-22 Club Membership?
The dispatch of the 2021-22 Club Memberships has started.
This will happen in batches. If you have not received your Club Membership by Wednesday 22 September and intend to come to the Leicester Tigers game on Friday 24 September, please email the customer experience team with the subject line 'Membership pack not yet received.'
+ How can I log in to my online ticket account?If you have not yet accessed your online ticket account since we changed provider (July 2021), please follow the Recover My Password link in the Sign In page.
+ I paid by Direct Debit earlier in the year. What do I have to do to make sure my Club Membership is paid in full and activated for the new season?Club Members who started paying by Direct Debit earlier this year will see their Club Membership in their ticket history. Your missed match credits, and Direct Debit payments have been added on your account as credits. You will also have a reservation on your account to pay the balance of your Club Membership. Please select your reservation, and at checkout select 'use my balance'. Once you have assigned your credits to your purchase, if you have anything outstanding to pay you can do so then. Your Club Membership will not be activated until this has been done.
+ I renewed using the Buy Now Pay Later option. How do I pay my balance?Club Members who renewed using the Buy Now Pay Later option now need to pay the balance of the 2021-22 Club Membership. Your missed match credits have been added on your account as credits. Please select your reservation, and at checkout select 'use my balance'. Once you have assigned your credits to your purchase, if you have anything outstanding to pay you can do so then.
+ Can I use my old Club Membership card to access the stadium?No. We have changed our access control system and therefore your old Club Membership cards are now void. Your ticket will be an e-ticket unless you have requested a membership card.
+ I have completed my 2021-22 Club Membership purchase, but my ticket says not printable. What should I do?Your e-ticket will be available to download from the 20 September. Please log in to your ticket account from your mobile device and add this to your phone wallet.
+ Will I have one e-ticket for the season or one per game?You will have one e-ticket for the entire season.
+ I share an email address with a friend/relative. How can I access their e-tickets?Unfortunately, to have full online access, members are required to have individual email addresses. It is always our recommendation to have your own email address for each account, however if this is not possible please email the customer service team who can link your accounts. Please note however, your online functionality will be restricted.
