Club Member Update | 24 September

We are looking forward to welcoming you back to Kingsholm Stadium for our match v Leicester Tigers tonight (Friday 24 September) kick off 7.45pm. 

Please find below important updates with regards to your Club Membership and entry into the stadium this evening. 

Please thoroughly read the below.

If you require further assistance, please email us. Our Customer Experience Team are receiving a high number of enquiries at the moment, so please only email us if your request is urgent and related to the Leicester Tigers fixture. 

Our ticket office is now open and will be open until 15 mins after kick-off. 

e-Tickets | 

In a bid to become more sustainable, your Club Membership has been issued as an e-Ticket. Please ensure that you have downloaded your e-ticket to your mobile device before you arrive at the ground. 

If your preference is to print your ticket, this is also possible. 

A valid ticket has a QR code. If your document does not have a QR code, this is not a scannable ticket and will not enable access to the stadium. 

Please see further instructions below in our FAQ section. 

Your e-Ticket is the same ticket for all the matches that are included in the Club Membership. You do not need to download a new e-Ticket per match. 

Club Membership cards are available by request only however, we are now unable to accept any new requests for 2021-22 membership cards until next week. 

Please do not bring your 2020-21 membership card. These are no longer valid. 

Please do not download multiple formats of your ticket. If you download an e-Ticket, then a print at home ticket, then request a membership card the QR codes on the earlier requested formats become invalid. Please trust the format you have chosen will gain you access into the stadium. Remember – if it has a QR code, you will get in. 

Access Card Collection |

If you have requested an access card and it has not arrived, and you have been in touch with our Customer Experience Team, this will be available to collect from the Ticket Office between 8am and 5.45pm and from the Collection Booth from 5.45pm until 15 mins after kick-off. We anticipate the ticket office will be very busy this evening. 

We cannot stress enough how important it is to arrive as early as possible to avoid any delays. 

Covid Restrictions | 

In line with Government advice, vaccine passports and negative lateral flow results are not required to enter Kingsholm Stadium. 

We encourage our supporters to wear a mask, but this is not mandatory and of course please use our sanitiser stations provided as well as maintaining social distancing where possible. 

Complete your 2021-22 Club Membership purchase |

If you selected to Buy Now Pay Later with your Club Membership or started paying by Direct Debit at the start of the year before we paused your payments and have not yet completed your 2021-22 Club Membership purchase, please log in to your ticket account and complete this purchase. 

For Members who selected Buy Now Pay Later, your membership reservation can be found in open reservation details.  

For Members who started a Direct Debit, your outstanding balance can be found in your last order.

Online access to your memberships |

If you have not yet accessed your online account since we changed ticket provider (July 2021), please CLICK HERE and select recover your password.

Please follow these instructions to reset your password and gain access to your ticketing account. 

If you have a shared email address across multiple ticket accounts, unfortunately only one membership will have online access. 

It is always our recommendation to have unique emails per account to ensure full online access.

Club Membership FAQ

  • + How do i download my e-Ticket?

    Log in to your account on your mobile device or desktop if you want to print.

    This will automatically bring you to ‘My Homepage’. If you are on your mobile, in the top left hand corner you can expand the menu.

    Once you have expanded the menu, underneath Tickets, there is a section titled Memberships – click this. If you are on a desktop, you can see memberships in the menu bar on the right hand side. 

    On the next screen you will see 2021-22 Club Membership. To the bottom right, there is a field See details – Click this.

    On the next page you can see the option for mobile ticket or printable ticket.

    To download to your mobile, you can print screen and save it to your images, or download it to your files. The add to wallet function will be available soon. 

  • + My e-Ticket is showing as not printable, what do i do?

    If you can see this, and you have not requested a membership card, you are in the wrong menu. 

    Please follow the above steps on 'How to download your e-Ticket' to access your ticket. 

  • + I need to pick up my Access Card, where do i go?

    Access cards are available to collect only if you have contact the Customer Experience Team advising that your access card has not arrived. 

    Please head to the ticket office if you are visiting between 8am and 5.45pm. After 5.45pm, your access card will be available from the ticket collection booth, situated to the left of the ticket office. 

  • + I've downloaded my season ticket, will this allow me entry to the Stadium?

    Yes. In the same way an access card allows you access to the stadium for every match, your downloaded season e-Ticket will allow you access to all the games included in your membership. You do not need to download a new, individual ticket for each game. 

  • + Can i give my ticket to a friend to use?

    Yes. As long as the person using your ticket is the same category as you i.e. an adult using an adult ticket they can use your ticket if you are not able to attend. 

  • + I can't attend and want my friend to use my ticket but they are not in the same ticket category as me. How can i upgrade?

    Tickets can be upgraded for £10. Please call the ticket office on 01452 872289 or visit the ticket office. We are open from 8am until 15 minutes after kick-off. 

  • + How do i request an access card?

    We are unable to process membership card requests on match day. Please download your e-ticket for the game on tonight and contact us from Monday 27 September to request an access card.
