With just one week to go to our first home game v Leicester Tigers, please see below a Club Membership update for our 2021-22 Members.
Please carefully read the below information. Our Customer Experience Team are receiving a high number of enquiries at the moment as well as preparing your memberships for dispatch. Please only email the customer experience team if your enquiry is urgent, and the below does not cover your query.
In a bid to become more sustainable, Club Memberships have been processed as e-tickets. If you have completed your 2021-22 Club Membership purchase, your e-ticket is now available to download.
Please log in to your ticket account at tickets.gloucesterrugby.co.uk from the device you would like to download your membership on.
Once logged in head to the Memberships menu in My Homepage. Click See Details. Here you will find your downloadable e-ticket.
Members who requested an access card before Saturday 11 September, your card is now in the post on the way to you.
Members who requested an access card after this time, your card will be posted first class on Monday.
If your access card has not arrived by Wednesday 22 September, please email the Customer Experience Team with the subject line Access Card Not Arrived and we will organise for a replacement card to be available to collect at the match on Friday 24 September.
If you are yet to request an access card and would like to, you can do so HERE, but please note this will not be posted and will be in collection for you at the Tigers match. If you have downloaded your e-ticket, we are unable to change your ticket type to a membership card.
Complete your 2021-22 Club Membership purchase
If you selected to Buy Now Pay Later with your Club Membership or started paying by Direct Debit at the start of the year before we paused your payments and have not yet completed your 2021-22 Club Membership purchase, please log in to your ticket account and complete this purchase before Thursday 23 September.
For Members who selected Buy Now Pay Later, your membership reservation can be found in open reservation details.
For Members who started a Direct Debit, your outstanding balance can be found in your last order.
Online access to your memberships
If you have not yet accessed your online account since we changed ticket provider (July 2021), please CLICK HERE and select recover your password.
Please follow these instructions to reset your password and gain access to your ticketing account.
If you have a shared email address across multiple ticket accounts, unfortunately only one membership will have online access. If you would like to change an email address or link accounts to be able to access e-tickets for those accounts without online access, please email the customer service team who can assist you with this.
It is always our recommendation to have unique emails per account to ensure full online access.
