COVID-19 Pass Information
+ What is a COVID-19 pass?
Supporters will be required to show either a digital or physical (e.g. paper) copy of their double vaccination, COVID pass or a recent negative Lateral Flow, PCR or European equivalent test result, and may also be asked to show ID. A name and date should be clearly marked on any documentation that matches your identification. If you are exempt, you will need to show your NHS COVID Pass medical exemptions form.
+ How can I prove my vaccination status?
COVID-19 passes can be shown either on a smart phone or through a physical paper copy.

Please be aware that a COVID pass is only valid for a set period before a new pass needs to be downloaded. Therefore we advise passes to be obtained as close to the fixture as possible.
+ How can I prove my negative lateral flow test?
Once you have taken your lateral flow test, we ask that you register your result on the NHS website and request a confirmation email or text message be sent to you. Follow THIS LINK to register your negative result.
We cannot accept the physical lateral flow cartridge that shows your result.
+ Do under 18's need a COVID-19 Pass?
No, supporters under the age of 18 will adopt their parent or guardians’ vaccine status. The parent or guardian must be in attendance. If they are attending alone, they must show that a negative lateral flow has been completed a maximum of 48 hours prior to the event.
+ Do I need to wear a face covering?
Whilst inside the stadium (e.g. bars and toilets) and in close proximity to others, face coverings are compulsory, but as per the government guidelines, face coverings can be removed whilst eating and drinking.
We strongly advise supporters to wear a face covering both whilst moving around the outside of the stadium and when seated during the game (unless exempt).
We want to make sure that supporters enjoy their time at Kingsholm, feel safe whilst you are with us and have fun cheering on the team.
Our friendly Games Makers will be around the stadium to help make your experience as enjoyable and safe as possible.
As always, we encourage personal hygiene and regular washing of hands as well as using the sanitiser stations which will be in place around the stadium.
Do not attend the stadium if you are showing any signs of COVID-19 and if you start to feel unwell after your arrival at the stadium, please find a steward immediately.
If you have any further questions, please email our Customer Experience team.
We look forward to welcoming you to Kingsholm Stadium soon.
