Supporter Update | Plan B Guidelines

Following the Government’s latest change in COVID-19 regulations, supporters attending all fixtures at Kingsholm Stadium from Monday 13 December will now be required to show their vaccination passport or proof of a negative lateral flow test completed a maximum of 48 hours prior to the event, upon arrival.

Kingsholm Stadium is still operating at full capacity, with some additional COVID-19 precautionary measures now in place.

If you are attending our match v Benetton on Friday 17 December or Harlequins on Sunday 2 January, please carefully read the below frequently asked questions.

FAQ

  • + Do I need a Covid-19 pass to enter Kingsholm Stadium?

Upon arrival at Kingsholm Stadium, you'll need to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative lateral flow test.

To learn more about a COVID Pass, click here.

To order a lateral flow at home testing kit, click here.

Please be aware that a COVID pass is only valid for a set period before a new pass needs to be downloaded. Therefore we advise passes to be obtained as close to the fixture as possible.

  • + What proof will I be asked to provide when entering the stadium to show my double vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result?

Supporters will be required to show either a digital or physical (e.g. paper) copy of their double vaccination, COVID pass or recent negative Lateral Flow, PCR or European equivalent test result, and may also be asked to show ID. A name and date should be clearly marked on any documentation that matches your identification. If you are exempt, you will need to show your NHS COVID Pass medical exemptions form.

  • + How do I prove a negative lateral flow test result?

Once you have taken your lateral flow test, we ask that you register your result on the NHS website and request a confirmation email or text message be sent to you. Follow THIS LINK to register your negative result.

  • + I don't have a phone, how can I show my COVID-19 passport?

Letters are available upon request. For more information, please CLICK HERE.

  • + Do under 18’s need a COVID-19 passport?

No, supporters under the age of 18 will adopt their parent or guardians’ vaccine status.  The parent or guardian must be in attendance.  If they are attending alone, they must show that a negative lateral flow has been completed a maximum of 48 hours prior to the event.

  • + Will I have to wear a mask?

When passing through the turnstiles and in inside areas of the Stadium, it is now a requirement to wear a face covering.

Masks in the stadium bowl are strongly advised and as per the government guidelines, can be removed whilst eating and drinking.

  • + When should I arrive at Kingsholm?

Gates open two hours prior to kick-off.

We advise that you allow plenty of time to ensure that the relevant checks can be made.

We want to make sure that supporters enjoy their time at Kingsholm, feel safe whilst you are with us and have fun cheering on the team.
