England beat World Champions New Zealand 43-12

England Women defeated the world champions New Zealand to retain their world number one ranking at Sandy Park on Sunday. 

The Red Roses scored seven tries through Ward (2), Kildunne, Davies, Aitchison, Dow and Harrison and Gloucester-Hartpury's Zoe Aldcroft played a key role starting at blindside flanker. 

It was England's first win against the Black Ferns since 2017 and kick starts England's Autumn International series which sees them play Canada and USA later this month.
