Gloucester Rugby app now available for fans to download ahead of match v Bristol Bears
We are pleased to announce that ahead of the Gallagher Premiership fixture against Bristol Bears on Friday 14 September, the new Gloucester Rugby fan app is available for fans to download.

This first live version of the app, which underwent a soft launch at the preseason friendly game against the Dragons and the match versus Northampton Saints using a test group of users, will now be available to all supporters as part of a wider test.

As well as providing some exciting features to enhance the matchday, it will importantly give supporters access to the new state of the art Wi-Fi at Kingsholm.

Gloucester Rugby CEO Stephen Vaughan said today:

“We want to make the matchday experience at Kingsholm the best one possible for all our supporters. We’ve been working closely with Clock and Landways to design, develop and implement the new app which is being launched at the same time as our new stadium wide Wi-Fi.

“We received some great feedback from our test group and are now in a position to further roll it out in a live environment at the Bristol Bears game. We hope that everyone at the ground downloads the app and gives it a go.”

The rollout of the Gloucester Rugby app is part of our ongoing journey to create a fully connected stadium that enhances the fans’ matchday experience.

The app will give fans the opportunity to access the stadium’s superfast Wi-Fi, a system installed at Kingsholm by Landways as part of our commitment to investing in digital infrastructure development.

Via the Gloucester Rugby app, supporters will have unique access to the referee's voice as part of RefFeed, with further audio commentary feeds to come in the future.

In addition to this, fans also are able to pre-order drinks using the Click & Collect functionality supplied by SwipeStation, will exclusively get the team line-up released one hour before kick-off, be able to take part in a half time quiz, vote for their Stowford Press Man of the Match and share their photos of the matchday. They will also get up to the minute text updates and commentary in the Live Feed, ensuring nothing is missed during the game.

In the coming season further features will be added including promotions, access to unique content, stats, news and lots more.

Ahead of Friday’s match, we recommend that you download the new Gloucester Rugby app before coming to Kingsholm. Please follow the instructions below.
