George Skivington has named his side to host Ealing Trailfinders as Gloucester Rugby resume their pre-season campaign ahead of the start of the competitive season.
Having played Ealing away last weekend, the Cherry and Whites are playing host on Saturday as the new pitch at Kingsholm gets its first run out.
Also making their first appearances for the club are Ben Meehan and Harry Elrington, who both start, with Adam Hastings also set for his first game for the club if he comes on off the bench.
With fans returning to the stands, George Skivington is looking forward to game day:
“The players were talking about it earlier, everyone is super excited to have fans back. It’s hard to remember what it feels like to have more than a couple of thousand people here.
“There’s only so much training you can do against each other where everyone sort of knows each other. The boys have brought some great intensity to that but there’s nothing like an unknown getting thrown at you and I’m sure Ealing will mix up a bit this weekend as well and provide a few more challenges which is exactly what we want.”
Tickets are still available for the match and can be purchased HERE.
