Gloucester Rugby is pleased to have renewed a long term partnership with the educational provider Hartpury University and College.
Having had a successful time training at Hartpury’s elite facilities, the Cherry and Whites have moved to a training base at Kingsholm but a strong relationship between the two outfits will remain.
A sign of the future of the relationship, Gloucester Rugby’s junior Academy will still be based at Hartpury as well as the successful Gloucester Hartpury Women’s team maintaining a solid connection between the club and the University for years to come.
Further commitment to the relationship sees Hartpury University and College feature on the Gloucester Rugby playing and replica kit and they will have key advertising placements at Kingsholm stadium as well.
Alex Brown, Gloucester Rugby Chief Operating Officer is pleased to have renewed the partnership with Hartpury.
“We have had a long established relationship with Hartpury and it’s great that we are extending that agreement into the years ahead.”
“Our relationship is as strong as ever with our Academy and collaborated Women’s team continuing to be based there and we continue to work closely together to further rugby in the Gloucestershire area.”
Russell Marchant, Vice-Chancellor and Principal at Hartpury, said “I am delighted our long standing close relationship with Gloucester Rugby will continue, we take great delight seeing our young players sign for the club and progress into senior players.”
