Gloucester Rugby are pleased to announce that Jack Bartlett has re-signed with the Gloucester Rugby Elite Academy.
The Lydney born forward grew up supporting the Cherry and Whites and is excited to continue his development at his childhood club.
Bartlett is currently undergoing the transition from prop to No.8 and is looking forward to developing further in the Academy pathway.
Bartlett said: “To sign for Gloucester Rugby and to play for them is a dream come true. I don’t think I’d want to play for anyone else. I don’t think there’s a better club with the atmosphere and the crowd. It’s brilliant.
“I can’t thank the Academy staff enough. How much they’ve pushed us and got us to where we are now. As soon as you start impressing, you will get picked.
“George Skivington says that he doesn’t mind how old you are or how experienced you are, if you’re training well and playing well, he will pick you. I think that gives us confidence.”
