Gloucester Rugby can confirm that Jack Reeves is the latest player to re-sign with the Academy.
Having started his journey at Dursley Rugby Club, the centre has enjoyed his development through the ranks and is now learning his trade off of the British and Irish Lions in the squad.
Reeves said: “I’m training with the likes of Mark Atkinson, Billy Twelvetrees and Chris Harris and they’ve all been playing the game at the top level for a number of years. It’s great and they are always teaching me and you’re always learning and there’s never a session where there isn’t something you can improve on.
“You can’t complain when you’ve got a British and Irish Lion in front of you teaching you. It’s class!
“Last year I didn’t get to play much rugby so I’m excited for the year ahead and hopefully I can get a few games and as many appearances as I can.
“I’ve been in the set up since I was 15 and I’ve always lived around here so it’s almost in my blood!”
