Trevor Woodman signs new deal with Gloucester Rugby
Gloucester Rugby today announce that Trevor Woodman has signed a new deal to remain at the Club.

Woodman’s attention will primarily be on the forwards, and in particular the scrum, as he continues his work on the evolution between the Academy and the first team, a position that Woodman has held over the last couple of seasons.

The role of Assistant Forwards Coach, will mean Trevor will resume his efforts across the Academy right up to the first team, providing consistency and stability to ensure a smooth transition process for those who step up.

Woodman joined Gloucester Rugby in 2014 as Forward coach and has subsequently focussed his efforts on developing the club’s up and forward talent in the Academy as well as lending his expertise to coaching scrummaging throughout the squad.

Head Coach George Skivington was pleased that Trevor has committed to the Cherry & Whites.

“Trevor has a huge amount of experience in the game, both as a player and a coach.

“He’s been doing a tremendous job aiding the development of the Academy forwards over the last couple of years, but also working closely with the first team too.

“Trevor’s an outstanding coach, and his expertise will be crucial part of the coaching set-up to drive this Club forward.”
