Vacancy | Customer Experience Team Member

Our supporters are at the heart of Gloucester Rugby. We are looking for someone with a track record of delivering first-class customer services across multiple channels to join our match day ticketing team on a temp basis.

Key responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for inbound calls.

- Identify and provide proactive recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

- Assist with outbound calling when required.

- Undertake face to face ticket selling on match days.

- Maximise sales opportunities.

We are looking for...

- Excellent organisational and IT skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- A commitment to delivering high standards.

- Flexibility with regard to working days and hours, to include evenings and weekends. Ideally, you will also potentially be available to cover non-match days during busy periods or when there is sickness or holiday within the team.

This role will commence in September 2022.
