2021-22 Club Member FAQ
+ Is this match included in my membership?
Yes. If you have completed your 2021-22 Club Membership purchase, this game is included as part of your membership and an e-ticket is available in your online ticketing account.
+ Will my existing Club Membership card allow me to gain access?
No. We have changed our ticket provider so your existing Club Membership cards will no longer work. Your ticket for the Ealing Trailfinders match is available in your online ticketing account and can be selected as an e-ticket to add to your phone wallet, or as a print at home.
+ How can I gain access to my ticketing account to download the ticket?
If you are yet to access your online ticketing account since we changed provider (July 2021), you will need to follow the recover my password instructions to regain access. Simply visit tickets.gloucesterrugby.co.uk and select 'Recover My Password'.
+ I share an email address with a family member, how can I access their e-ticket ticket?
Our ticket platform only enables online access for one account per email address. It is our recommendation to have an individual email address per Club Membership to ensure full online access. However, if you are unable to have unique email addresses, we are able to set one member as the main contact for another. To request this, please email [email protected]
+ Can I store the ticket in my phone wallet?
Yes. Please access your ticket account on your mobile device and select 'Add to Wallet'.
+ I have requested a membership card for the season, can I collect this on the day?
No. The membership packs are now in the process of being posted and we are therefore unable to facilitate a collection.
+ Can I pay my outstanding balance on the match day?
We strongly recommend you complete your reservation before you attend the match day. However, our ticket office will be open from 10am on match day.
+ I exchanged my 2019-20 missed match fees for credits to spend at the bar, how can I use these?
You points balance is registered on the till system as the bars. Please share your name and customer number with the bar staff and they will deduct the balance accordingly.
Kingsholm Stadium stays cashless
Following the success of Kingsholm Stadium being cashless during the last 18 months, this has now been implemented fully. This will help improve efficiency at the bars and concession stands.
Kingsholm Stadium is now a strictly no smoking zone. For more information please click here to read our new Ground Regulations.
Whilst there are no requirements to show your vaccination status or provide a negative test result, we do still advise that all of our fans wear face masks when they come and watch games at the stadium and be mindful of social distancing where possible. As always, we encourage personal hygiene and regular washing of hands as well as using the sanitiser stations which will be in place around the stadium.
The new pitch
The playing surface at Kingsholm has been changed over the summer and a state of the art artificial pitch has been installed. It is vital that all supporters stay off the new surface as wearing the wrong footwear on the surface can cause irreversible damage.
